tho' I'm more partial to this one (I like harpsichord and Rameau)

And of course we have the whole universe, because no god is required. No real god is even required for religion and religious people!

4. EXCUUUSE ME?

Funny song, but Atheist Grump must grump.

Music: our representatives literally run from "A" (Larry Adler) to "Z" (Frank Zappa).

Oh, you mean (adjusting monocle) - real music? How about Bela Bartok, Hector Berlioz, Georges Bizet, Maurice Ravel, Ralph Vaughn Williams and many more.

Including my personal favorite, Giuseppe Verdi. Yep, the creator of "Ave Maria" and the "Requiem" was an atheist. (And I love pointing that out in the Religion group, when someone puts up a video of an "Ave Maria" performance.) Verdi's wife was a devout Catholic, and mentioned him laughing at her for going to Mass, and calling it "nonsense." IIRC, Mrs. Verdi said she wanted to hit him in the head when he did that. They must have had an interesting domestic life.

Art: Henri Cartier-Bresson, Eugène Delacroix, Marcel Duchamp, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Frank Lloyd Wright, etc. etc.

(Equal Time! The Miscellaneous list also includes famous atheistic criminals.)
