1. Ancient Origins has it wrong again. Durrington Walls is not the largest henge, Avebury is supreme.

They are just plagarizing the hype from the reports this year.

Compare them yourself in Google Earth. Avebury is also much grander, the henge and ditch are enormous efforts. Durrington may be wider in one direction, but that is not enough to heap such status on it when Avebury exists.
