Especially since the F ring exists only because of these geysers. And Cassini has actually measured the content of the geysers.

On edit: well this is yet another example of a rather bad headline. The article does not claim that the Enceladus tiger stripes are not emitting stuff, but that they aren't individual geysers but may be "curtains".
