Since March was historically the start of the new year, and this is the beginning of a new growing season, I'm feeling it's a great time to revive this thread!
This was an on-going monthly thread on DU2, that was utilized as a central gathering place to post requests and responses for all types of good vibes, healing, prayers, etc. over the days. It grew an energy of its own and posts can be easily found and updated. Months are usually hosted by different members-this is still encouraged!

So, here we go... PRAYERS, LIGHT & HEALING Thread for MARCH 2012
In the spirit of early spring, new beginnings and fresh resolve, I submit this "to do" list:
Thou shall not worry, for worry is the most unproductive of all human activities.
Thou shall not be fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.
Thou shall not cross bridges before you come to them, for no one yet has succeeded in accomplishing this.
Thou shall face each problem as it comes. You can only handle one at a time anyway.
Thou shall not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor bedfellows.
Thou shall not borrow other people's problems. They can better care for them than you can.
Thou shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!
Thou shall be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear different ideas from your own. It is hard to learn something new when you are talking, and some people do know more than you do.
Thou shall not become "bogged down" by frustration, for 90% of it is rooted in self-pity and will only interfere with positive action.
Thou shall count thy blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add up to a big one.

May we all realize the beauty and peace in the blooming of a new season, a new year and take comfort in knowing that we are all devine human beings in the midst of this renewal.

I can feel the healing intent behind it all 
And now, to kick off the "healing others" part, I could use some. My leftmost sciatic nerve flared up over the weekend. I went to the chiropractor on Saturday (I almost couldn't get up off his tables and leave.) Things have improved some, although I'd love to see this be one of those incidents that only lasts a week instead of six!
I'll continue my healing methods (cold packs, hot baths/showers, movement, zinc, and alfalfa powder) and y'all can send whatever you feel like, be it energy or other tips to health. I'm going to make a pot of tea in a minute and add some valerian. I'd like to get a night's worth of sleep instead of these 90-minute naps.
I appreciate anything y'all can do.

I've noticed a marked improvement since the first day, so I know something is working. I'll be going to the chiropractor again today and we may be able to space out the treatments some more (instead of every 2-3 days.)
In cases like this, I'm glad I'm unemployed, because after another 2-hour nap last night, I finally got to sleep this morning for four hours! lol I would have slept more but I do need to get into the chiro today.

Healing~~~~~~
The healing is progressing, seemingly faster than in the past, so I know y'all's energy are helping 
There's some numbness in my foot, though that kind of thing has happened before. The chiropractor has said that has to do with swelling at the spine, so I know when that goes down, normal feeling will return. For the time being, it makes me walk 'badly', so I hope it returns to normal quickly. I haven't seen him all week, calling in yesterday and today (Tuesday) to say I didn't think I needed his help just yet. Tomorrow, though, absolutely

My feet just slid out from underneath me when I was out in the garden feeding the wild animals!!!!
I landed wrong on my right foot!!!! (Is there a right way for your're body to land on you're feet?????)
Now I'I'm afraid to do areobics ......i really need to do Aerobics because I need the endorphins to combat the withdrawl from nicotine!!!!

Friday morning I woke up in really bad pain.
My shoulder joint and upper left arm muscles were quite sore. I slept all day and took tylenol.
I'm wondering if it's sore because I played the violin from age ten to age twenty-five, and the left shoulder is the one that you hold the violin with, under your jaw.
Would appreciate healing vibes.
Also have been psychologically worn down from a woman that keeps asking us for money, when the person has children and grandchildren that could be helping them out, but are not. She is too old to work. I've known her for forty years, and she is a dear friend of mine; her kids and grandkids are into the culture of dependency.
BP has been unreasonably high due to these stressors.
