Nativity scene, atheists share Capitol space

But this time it shares space in the ground floor rotunda with an atheist display.
"It actually makes our message a little easier to talk about," said Brian Aden, founder of the Lincoln Atheists. "Because we can actually say that if the state is allowing a religious display, then they have to allow nonreligious displays like ours."

This year, Capitol building officials altered their first-come, first-served policy to allow both displays.
But this time it shares space in the ground floor rotunda with an atheist display.
