Mets R.A. Dickey wins Cy Young.
The big winner is the end of the bias against knuckleballers.
R.A. Dickey had a great 2012 season finishing with a 20 - 6 record and 2.73 ERA.

3. Well deserved

R.A. Dickey really seemed like the face of the Mets this year. His pitching was the only thing that gave the mets a chance at getting the lead in a game! LOL, but I am SO glad he won the Cy Young!

You're right. Mets fans really looked forward to the games Dickey pitched. He was the one bright spot in a dismal season. And we supported him 100% for the Cy Young.

7. Great. He deserved it -- a hell of a year for him. But what the f--k did they trade him for ??
|
He is a guy who can give them innings regardless of record. Can't expect a full season from Santana. Very much like Harvey, Neese, and Dylan G. But no need to trade him IMO. Need arms and innings.
