Johnny Manziel is back to working on his degree at Texas A&M University

According to multiple reports, Johnny Manziel has re-enrolled at Texas A&M University and is taking classes this Fall. Manziel left school early to pursue an NFL career with the Cleveland Browns. His efforts were thwarted by his off-field actions. He is listed as a senior in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences in Texas A&’s student directory.

Unlike Tim Tebow, Johnny Manziel is probably capable of playing quarterback in the NFL - if he can stop acting like a two-year-old when he's off the field.

2. A subsequent article that I read indicated that he is finishing up his courses online

(in other words, somebody else that he is paying is doing the work). He didn't move back to College Station which he said that he hated, but is living in Los Angeles instead (where his drug dealers are). He could still sign a contract with another team this season, but he will have to sit out a four week suspension for substance abuse.

4. Some people do, but I wasn't one of them.

There were only three reasons that I ever went there: 1) my next door neighbor from Brenham went to Texas A&M so I went to see him several times, 2) I would catch the bus in and out of there on various occasions when I was traveling between Dallas and Brenham, and 3) they sold my favorite brand of beer there (Purple Haze) and it was shorter to drive to College Station from Brenham rather than go to Austin or Houston.

I never went to the George W. Bush library and only went to one high school game at Kyle Field because it was a playoff game. I didn't think too much of the students that I met that attended Texas A&M either. While they turn out some good engineers and such, they weren't really the brightest beyond their area of expertise.

5. Aggie jokes collected over the years

The average Texas family has 2.1 children. The .1s all go to A&M.

A hot woman came up to an Aggie and asked him to "do it to me where it's dirty and nasty". So he drove her to Beaumont.

The Loop 610 highway that encircles Houston is also known as "the Aggie evacuation route".
