Oklahoma Panhandle State 59 Southwestern 7 (ouch)! It was 42-0 at halftime.

I think there are only three counties. And isn't one called Texas County?

in a college game? You'd think more than three baskets would go in by accident in 40 minutes. Just some wild shots. Clearly they at least played in high school, so they know where the basket is.

Oklahoma Panhandle State is a Division II school while Southwestern is a Division III school that reactivated its football program after more than six decades. The entire team is composed of first-year and sophomore students. They also had two field goals blocked during the game.

I don't have a rooting interest... it was awful. Not quite as bad as the flag they threw in the 3rd quarter of Auburn-Mississippi State except for when it came in the game. Still, anytime it comes down to who the refs put on the free throw line in a tight game...

Wait, it's football. I forgot again.

Especially since it was similar to TCU's 4th down play and they didn't throw the flag on that.
