1. Brady and Belichik are wrong...

Other than those two, it seems pretty accurate.

2. Not enough info to really tell on Belichick

but he made one donation and it was to a Republican - HEALY, BERNADINE P

There is nothing on Newsmeat regarding Brady but he is an Independent according to what he says, publicly anyways.

KROFT: You a republican or a democrat?

BRADY: You know, I'm actually independent. I'm actually an independent, and I have been for some time. There's no doubt this world needs a lot of help.

4. I think this article gathered little things like that to make those kind of determinations

Some of these are a surprise and I don't get Pat Riley on the list. He donated to a Dem and a liberal special interest group.

5. I think voter registration is public domain information...

So you'd think they could be more accurate compiling lists like this.

7. Brady is a teabagger. (i.e. an independent).

Didn't he knock up two women at the same time???

8. Nope, he was only dating two women at the same time!

It's good that he's never said anything about politics...concentrate on the game, become a teabagger later like Schilling when no one remembers you!

6. Who cares?

Steve Young will always be one of my most favorite players in any sport. I don't care how he votes. I don't care how any of my team's players vote. In fact, I'd prefer not to know their politics. And I'd prefer politics stays out of sports.

12. That's fine and good in an era where extremism is not an issue.

This does not appear to be such an era.

11. Jackie Robinson died in 1972.

To equate him to today's Republican Party is nothing short of bizarre.

13. That's exactly what I was thinking when I first saw this list.

There's no way that the guy who went on to break baseball's color barrier would vote for ANY of today's GOP candidates.

15. Well, I always KNEW Bo Schembechler was Republican

But I didn't realize how strong his views were until I saw this list and see him ranked third six years after he died.
