Taxi joke

Tonight's sermon at church made me think of this old joke.

A priest, a minister, and a New York cabbie arrive at Heaven at the same time. Because of delays in getting accommodations ready St. Peter told the group two of the new arrivals would have to wait outside for 24 hours while the third could go in right away. St. Peter thought for a minute and then gestured for the cabbie to come forward. Opening the gate he explained to the cabbie, "You scared more hell out of people with your taxi than they did with their bibles."
