I've been here in the same apt. for over 12 years. You'll probably recognize some of the places where the action happens, especially the marina and old food bank. I never name Ballard as the location, but describe it as the setting.

Congrats on finishing your novel! I'd love to pick it up when I can take a break from the research I'm currently slogging through.

To that end, I have a question I'm hoping you might have some suggestions for: I'm looking for contemporary novels (2000s, 2010s) that are aesthetically experimental, and also advocate/promote/explore radical political ideas.
