"... Because all the people in the position to select (the Diversity Trainer) were nice open-minded progressives like me, I got the job. I soon realized that I was completely unprepared and unqualified for that job ... being open minded is not what this is about. To the degree that we 'get it' means that we deflect other ideas and prevents any deeply reflection."
