I want to thank President Obama for advancing marriage equality...

I know many African Americans are socially conservative and come out of a strong religious tradition but his support of marriage equality certainly moved some opinions in the African American community...

I can remember discussing the issue with some black friends of mine in their sixties and tried to use gentle persuasion and not the sledgehammer you see used on this site on a host of issues. It also makes a difference when you are sitting next to your interlocutor and not behind a computer modem...

I basically said God made all of us and he knows what is in our hearts and he will judge us all...

Great day for everybody...

Great day for glbtq folks, great day for President Obama, and great day for America

PEACE

of the liberation, aspirations and freedom of others are bigots. Fuck the distinctions. God bless people and their freedom today. Fuck anyone for any reason who doesn't feel the same. IMO.
