Are there any liberal militias I can join

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by shadowrider (a host of the Gun Control & RKBA group).

I tried checking a list of registered militias. Everyone of them listed had strong republican or libertarian leanings. It seems like the only people who support no gun or militia regulations are right-wing groups. I know it isnt only right wing libertarians who want firearms on the streets, but I cant seem to locate a liberal group?

Can someone point one out so I can join them. I know open access to all firearms isnt just a right-wing goal, there should be many liberal militias around.
