to intimidate.

Further, your poor, pitiful gun plight is nowhere near as important as, or comparable to, the Civil Rights struggles. You should be ashamed for making that comparison.

I'll be glad to discuss my opinion of Wallace, Lester Maddox -- A Governor of Georgia who rose to fame by using a gun to chase minorities out of his restaurant -- Strom Thurmond and all those fuckers who turned Republican upon passage of Civil Rights Act.

Your gun rights aren't even close in comparison, except in your small mind.

And the mayors ought to ask the voters -- Do you want any old person walking around with a gun or two strapped to their bodies with high capacity mags and lord knows what other types of lethal accessories?

Then show them YouTube videos of some guy posing in front of camera showing how quick he can draw his gun after hundreds of hours of practicing.

Only one person mentioned in your post is listed as a member of MAIG and that's Gordon Jenkins of Monticello, NY. Even if the others really were members, I'm not sure why anyone would associate a TV ad from last week with people who haven't been members of that group for up to five years and more.
I mean, when people ask why I don't like the Republicans, I don't have to bring up Strom Thurmond or Jesse Helms. I bring up people like John Boehner and Mitch McConnell. Are there any CURRENT members of MAIG that would somehow discredit that group?

NYPD Must Pay $15 Million for Illegally Arresting 22,000

Nearly 30 years of court battles over illegal arrests for loitering in New York City came to an end this week as a federal judge approved a class-action settlement that will include a $15 million payment by the city and an unusual promise that officials will work to expunge thousands of convictions.

The agreement was a milestone in a legal battle that tested government’s power to limit urban freedoms and showed how hard it can be for judges to change police practices.

The settlement came after a federal judge held the city in contempt in 2010 for “obstinance and uncooperativeness,” as the police continued for years to make arrests under laws that had been declared unconstitutional. The laws had banned loitering to panhandle or to search for a sex partner, or while in a bus or train station.

Federal and state courts struck down those laws between 1983 and 1993 as violating First Amendment rights, but some 22,000 people were charged with the offenses from 1983 to 2012.

Kindly take your defense of MAIG elsewhere...

Just because they were locked up, now they don't count anymore? Did they confiscate their membership card and MAIG decoder ring?
