Can anyone identify this wild plant? It grow in SC, can be about 2 feet high, and leaves are
fuzzy.

1. just delete the "th_" after th last /
no idea what that is (also not my region of the country), but leaves and plant shape can be so variable, flowers and or fruit/seed pods/etc are a much better way to ID plants |

7. Poison Ivy.......just kidding I think
|
I see three leaves and I start itching... But maybe it's a small seedling from a bird gift. Watch to see how it blooms but don't touch it... |

8. It's absolutely, 100% not poison ivy.
|
It's definitely something in the pea family, related to the clovers. Leaf form is classic for a member of the Leguminosae/Fabaceae

2. Does it bloom?
|
When does it bloom? What colour? What does the bloom look like? It looks like something from the legume family.

4. It looks like it might have a bloom coming soon,
|
if I am seeing the picture right. If you know where the plant is and can locate it again, keep checking on it and get a picture of the flower. That will make it much easier.

5. It's probably one of the tick trefoils.
|
There are many species. Possibly showy tick trefoil, Desmodium canadense, although the leaves on that species are usually more pointed.
