1. I got a pretty good one from Costco for about 30 buks

But it depends on what you need it for. I just needed mine for around the houSe

4. Big Lots. I bought one there for only $39.

My water heater conked out. I live in a mobile home and it is in my bedroom closet. Water leaked all over the bedroom carpet. The vac worked just fine in sucking up all the water. And it can also be used as a regular vac for the carpet, which I had to do when my carpet vacuum died.
