"JOISEY 4 OIL CLAM SAUCE DIAVLO MARINARA w/Veggie Spaghetti"

Oils:
- 3/4 stick Butter,
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil,
- 4 tbps Hot Chili Oil
- 6 tbps Bacon Fat

Ingredients:
- 12 oz Veggie Spaghetti (red color pasta)
- 8 lrg Steamed Clams (4 whole, 4 chopped and diced)
- 1 cup Clam broth
- 1/2 cup Red wine
- 8 oz can Roma Tomatoes (diced)
- 8 cloves garlic (fried)
- 4 Bacon strips (fried, chop and diced)
- 8 Pepporoni slices (diced)
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- Cilantro or scallions (coursely chopped)
