Related: About this forumWeird blue apron side dish...
The spinach pizza was very good but the side "salad" of sauteed cauliflower and tangerine was just odd. The seasoning was red wine vinegar and oregano. The flavor wasn't bad but the tangerine just didn't seem to do anything for the dish. They often throw together odd combos that turn out to be very flavorful but I think this might have been a prank.

I think I'd have overridden their judgment on this one and sauteed the cauliflower and eaten the tangerine for dessert.
Give them feedback on that one if it didn't work.
I call that the "Sunset Magazine" school of cuisine. It involves combining the weirdest things you could ever think of.
