What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 21, 2016

I'm having the dinner i was supposed to have last night--grilled shrimp (except I changed the marinade to be one made with pepper jelly, cider viinegar, and soy sauce) and Asian salad.

I had everything prepared last night--but then it got too dark to grill. I'm not used to the shorter days. .

I also bought some hatch chiles, which I will also grill.

cabbage sauteed with garlic and cumin. Still getting plenty of red and yellow cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers and they are sweeter than ever.
