come out like? biscuit-y? Is that what a "cobbler" is - vs. something with a pie crust?

What I do is use an 8 x 8 pan and spoon 9 tablespoons (3 rows, 3 columns) on top of the peaches.

Just made some tonight.

Either make your own whipped cream (you only need 2 dollops) or use vanilla ice cream. Actually it works well alone too.
