Ground lamb burger with tzatziki sauce, fresh lettuce/tomato/onion toppings. A stir-fry of zucchini, tomatoes and mushrooms (and mega garlic). I made the tzatziki this morning, so the flavors would have time to meld.

That's about as adventurous as I am willing to be today.

I'm heading out but that's what I am leaving for the spouse. I don't know the secret to a really good version but it's decent/edible.

which is pretty good with nice fat pieces of fish. A very lemony and caper-y tartar sauce. Steamed broccoli, and dirty rice.

Might be an odd combination, but we had slaw last night and couldn't think of anything else at the moment.

Fresh off the boat.
Lightly dredged in masa flour.
Sautéed, spinach stuffed, broiled tomato half, rice with parmesan and pepitas.
