Wanted to say a quick hello - and thank you, if
my lovely heart came from a C&B'er! I appreciate it very much.
I've been popping into DU a little bit, mostly in GDP 
(not the best for my health!) and the group of the candidate I support, since the primaries started.
I haven't been reading your always wonderful posts in C&B, because I cant eat the way everyone else does these days, and I didn't want to get too bummed out reading all your yummy recipes! Plus who wants to hear I had a glass of juice or an avocado with some hot sauce and a tortilla! 
I really am keeping it very simple with tiny "meals" spread out throughout the day.
I was back in the hospital once last year, avoided a second trip last Fall, and am seeing a little progress health-wise, finally. But I still have to be pretty careful.
I hope you are all healthy and happy, and keeping sane while watching the primaries unfold.

It's rough out there but very glad you're feeling better, even though our "groups" are different 
people have been really nice to me in there, but man, some of the posts are really over the top!
I like your guy a lot, and have shared his FB posts for a loooong time, but I'm not too happy with some of the stuff the campaign is doing. I don't think some of his staff isn't serving him very well! 
I read your posts and always learn something. Hillary's team is lucky to have you
I wish we were able to talk more about the issues and candidate differences, especially since DU shows up so well in searches for Democratic message boards. I hate to think of all the new voters that may be looking for a place to talk about the candidates, and then click on that forum and see the battles going on.
GDP is usually such a shouting match that I tend to avoid it a lot. I've put the whole forum in the trash three times over the last few days!

Yes, indeed, the menus and recipes posted on this forum would make anyone's mouth water!

That's great news that you are feeling better.
I still have bad days like today, this new weather system has me ouching pretty hard, but it's NH primary day, so I'm ignoring it!
