What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 18, 2015

I'm pressure cooking a spaghetti squash, which I will top with fresh tomato sauce and grass-fed ground beef. Lots of chopped basil and ground parmesan on top, too.

For dessert, pudding topped with fresh peach.

White wine.

OK, my first attempt at making naan. This oughta be fun...

I'm skipping the potatoes ("aloo&quot in favor of cauliflower. Served over rice. I'm making it "wickit hawt".

I tried Smitten Kitchen's Zucchini Rice and Cheese Gratin (from Julia Child) tonight. It was fairly complicated. I ran into trouble when I tried to freehandedly halve the recipe. I had too much salt and too much liquid.
I'll definitely try again; it seems like a great side dish for a big meal like Thanksgiving dinner. Nice flavor, except for the salt.
