I'm grazing tonight on whatever looks good when I open the door. The 'frig is stocked to the max, and so is the freezer, so the sky's the limit. I have so much to do tonight that I think this is a good strategy. For starters, though, I warmed up a little more of the RG's eggplant stew. I also want some more of those bison meatballs, as they were so good the other night. Definitely fresh tomatoes off the vine are on the menu, probably in the form of an avocado-tomato salad.
It's a hot night here in NJ, and I'm glad I don't have to cook.

(175,729 posts)I'm out of salad stuff and not in the mood to make vegetables when I should be eating tomatoes. Getting more tomorrow, though.

(3,289 posts)and made a cream cheese, spinach stuffing and it was crazy good. Had I been blessed with a trust fund I would have added some good crab meat. Usually portabellos are a little pricey so I jumped on these. Ate one and will save the other for friday.
Red grapefruit for dessert.
