I am getting ready to grill/smoke some chops, steak, and a half chicken

Ask me anything.

Any advice would be good. I am brining the chicken and the cops, then I will marinate them for like 20 ,ins while I get the grill ready.

I *hope* this turns out.

We are grilling chicken thighs here. And thanks--with all the police hating going on, the idea of you brining "cops" made me giggle

If it's parts, a few minutes each. Maybe 5???

Sorry I forget the fine details, used to do this for the family, but its been years! I do have to perfect it again, tho.

and even though I can't get the smoker much above 200, they are pretty done. the steaks were grilled before i started smoking, so they're done, and the chicken is just smoking away
