Cuban-style pork tenderloin

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
1 1/2 c orange juice
juice of 2 limes
6 T good quality olive oil
1/2 c chopped parsley
2 T minced fresh oregano
1/2 c white wine
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 T corn starch

Directions
Combine all the ingredients except corn starch. Marinate the tenderloins in 1/2 of the marinade for at least 2 hours and as long as 24 hours. Over a high fire, grill the tenderloins for 2-3 minutes per side to sear. Turn the heat down to low and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the pork, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. While the meat is resting, heat up the reserved marinade and whisk in the corn starch and thicken. Slice the pork, pour the sauce over it and serve immediately.
