6. Leftover spaghetti -- will be eating this for a bit more.

But it's the best I've ever made, IMO. Used Italian sausage along with ground beef.

9. Grilled Salmon filets in lime-butter sauce,

served over cauliflower steaks and surrounded by roasted veggies (Yukon gold potatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, and asparagus). We'll have a nice chunk of bread to sop up the juices. For dessert, blackberry-cabernet sorbet.
