Should I just make the Boston Butt pulled pork bbq, or should I serve it as a roast first?

Lazy girl says pulled pork, but I am not sure...

1. Lazy girl says pulled pork?

But roast pork is actually less work than pulled pork.

2. That's not a good cut for a roast.

Lots of muscle with different grain, Very high fat for a roast, a lot of it being internal.

3. Go with the pulled pork.

I don't think it would be tasty as a roast.

4. I would cook that until it is falling apart. Skip the roast.

5. Just stick it in a crockpot for several hours, pull it apart, and try not to eat the whole thing

in one sitting like I'D be tempted to.

7. Made pulled pork for the first time

For a holiday party and it came out great.
Mix together about .5 cup brown sugar with desired spices; I just used season salt and garlic powder. Rub mixture into roast and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Cook in crock pot (add no liquid) 8 to 10 hours on low. Remove roast, shred meat with forks (remove big chunks of fat) and place meat back into the broth in the crock pot. Stir in your favorite barbecue sauce to taste.
