Jasmine rice in chicken/turkey soup????

1. Absolutely!!

I tend to use jasmine rice as a general all-round white rice, and find it pretty much great with everything.

Some dishes need a heartier grain blend type of thing, but whenever I make white rice I use jasmine. I have also used the red jasmine (a.k.a. 'red cargo rice') in soups - very tasty!

It might smell vaguely of dirty feet but it would taste wonderful.

3. For sure, but I'd go for chicken

it's the lighter of the two. I'd think I'd want a less delicate rice for turkey.

4. It's my favorite rice. Not too sticky, not too *opposite of sticky*. Perfect for

soup, imo.
