My version of huevos borracho

1 small onion, chopped
3-4 jalapenos, chopped
1/2 lb chorizo, browned
4 eggs, scrambled
1 tbsp butter

Melt butter and saute onions and peppers until tender
Add chorizo until warmed
Pour in scrambled eggs and cook until done

Put on plate and top with shredded cheese. Warmed tortillas on side
Serves 2.
