Making fresh gravy from saved stock to have with sliced white meat. This will be the next-to-last turkey meal. Wahh!

From a shelf-stable pouch. I didn't make it, nor did I make the mixed veggies on the side. I did make the Basmati rice, though.

The pindi chana is from "Kitchens of India" It's pretty good. Great to have in an emergency kit, since it's shelf-stable. I have had other products by them, and they were quite decent.

The salad was left over from the enormous wrap I got from the local deli this weekend. Fit the bill just right. Pasta and salad.
