Toasted pumpkin seeds with sliced almonds

I'm toasting some right now. I get hulled pumpkin seeds aka pepitas, and toast them in the toast-r-oven at 325 for about 15 minutes stirring two or three times, then I toast sliced almonds at the same temp for about 10-12 minutes stirring two or three times. Definitely monitor the color of the almonds so you don't over toast! Mix with the pumpkin seeds, add a little salt if you want and you have an excellent snack to nibble on!
