1) Give it some commentary; the one on Grilled Pierogi is a good example of what TO do. The rest isn't really a "blog", it comes off as just written-out recipes, because all you seem to do is just describe the cooking process.
2) In addition to the cooking instructions, a separate list of ingredients (in traditional recipe form) would help; it'd be easier to scan and determine what one actually has on hand and/or needs to get, then trying to parse through a paragraph with the embedded ingredients and quantities.
