I have two 9lb. Boston Butts and four cans of Spam in the smoker as I speak. Four kinds of sauce, my own KC style, Eastern Carolina vinegar, South Carolina mustard and Alabama white sauce. To be served with white bread, slaw, potato salad and beans made with the the ends from some brisket I did a couple of weeks back. I'm going to use some of the smoked pork in my green chile.

I am SO hooked on this stuff! Besides, it's usually stuff I already have so it's really a cheap meal.
