1. I made a cheesy chicken bacon tater tot casserole in my crock pot

It was great! I got the recipe off of Pinterest.

Oh, and for the record, this is yet another of a string of days when NOTHING is for dinner. Nada, zip, zero, nothing. The dog gets dog food (oh, how horrible he says). I get whatever I scrounge up. May be some crackers and a warm diet pepsi.

4. Curried chicken on Jasmine rice. Tomato, cuke, red onion & greens with sesame dressing. Fig newtons.

5. Had a big lunch during

a work thing, so just going to scrounge around in the fridge.

6. anaheim chile relleno

stuffed with monterey jack. On the side, black beans sauteed with diced sweet onion, diced red bell pepper, fresh corn cut off the cob, cumin, cilantro, and fresh lime juice.

Dayum, good.

7. I love chile rellenos but have never made them.
