Oh, and for the record, this is yet another of a string of days when NOTHING is for dinner. Nada, zip, zero, nothing. The dog gets dog food (oh, how horrible he says). I get whatever I scrounge up. May be some crackers and a warm diet pepsi.

stuffed with monterey jack. On the side, black beans sauteed with diced sweet onion, diced red bell pepper, fresh corn cut off the cob, cumin, cilantro, and fresh lime juice.

Dayum, good.
