Chickpea Vegan Quarterly

Ok, I asked in the other thread, and now I am going to tell you about my niece's magazine. She is a vegan and very into buying locally grown foods etc. I am very proud of her and would love for her to succeed. She and her boyfriend have been doing this one issue at a time so far, with no advertising in their printed magazine.

Cara does the photography, and in this issue they went to Letchworth State Park. Her pictures are truly amazing. But some of the recipes sound amazing.
