I like the WW recipes at this blog called....

LaaLoosh. Take a look at these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites..

Here's the ingredients:
1 medium sized head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute (like EggBeaters)
1/2 cup all-purpose whole wheat flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 tbsp light butter

Instructions are here: http://www.laaloosh.com/2013/01/22/buffalo-cauliflower-bites/

Make sure to look around the site, they have some great recipe ideas!

Anyone else have some other (good for our diets) recipe websites you'd like to recommend?

3. Sorry, points do not include the Blue Cheese dip.....

but here's a pretty good recipe for blue cheese salad dressing that I also use as a dip:

Ingredients

1/3 C buttermilk

1/3 C fat-free sour cream

1/4 C blue cheese (crumbled)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp pepper

I gently pulse together all ingredients in a food processor.

4. Forget the buttermilk and sour cream

Use Greek yogurt instead. Turns out the same and only one thing to buy instead of two. Greek yogurt with ranch dip mix is good, too.
