(as to the PPRd ones, I think they were mostly spammers who just chose this place at random for the most part...).
In January I will be embarking on my third year post-January 2011 commitment to finally lose weight and get healthy - Jan 2011 258 (I am 56, male, 6 feet)....by June or July 2011, at 210. Recommitted (went vegan for a month, joined a gym) in Jan 2012, hit a low of 196 summer 2012. Here we are late Dec 2012, the holiday foods and winter (no gardening!) have me at 202-ish......will recommit just after New years Day 2013 with a goal of hitting 190 by summer 2013 and keeping that as my maintenance weight.
Am willing to share everything that has worked (and not worked as well) for me....so ask!
