I've lost 20 pounds in the past 2 months.

My pants size has went from 56 to 52! The only thing I have changed is that I have become the supervisor of the afternoon shift at work, and so I have been moving around and on my feet a lot more.

Physical activity works!

Well congratulations for this success. At least I hear somebody who is saying that physical activity works. But you also need to be careful about your night sleep. Don't disturb that otherwise you will again gain the weight.

Congrats for loosing your weight. If you are supervisor of afternoon shift than you should do exercise at the morning, it is very helpful for loosing weight and it is very simple and natural way of loosing weight. If you want to loose your weight more than eat balanced diet along exercise.
