Worthy Tips To Get Rid of Your Belly Fat

Hi Everyone, Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. Some of your fat is right under your skin. Other fat is deeper inside, around your heart, lungs, liver, and other organs. So follwo these tips will surely help you to get rid of you belly fat.

1) Drink Lemon Juice
2) Don't eat rice
3) Don't take sugar
4) Drink lot of Water
5) Avoid non - vegi food
6) eat more fruits and veg food
