1. let me know how you do

I need to get a prescription, I've been fighting it with kelp, but it only seems to help with keeping my body temp up.

4. I assumed the fatigue was from my Sjorgren's -

I never thought to have my thyroid re-checked. Ironically, last Spring I thought my thyroid was screwed up, only to find out that I had Sjorgern's!

5. Back in the day

When I worked as an RN we ran a thyroid panel on our new psych admits to rule out dysthalmia. Which is an old fashioned word, I'm not sure I spelled right, for depression caused by low thyroid.

Happy day for you. The range and reference for norm is like 0.5 to 5. Wide range. Most of the time if you are anywhere between they won't medicate you. I have a feeling lots of people are under diagnosed and suffering for it.

6. There seem to be dozens of web sites and blogs

by people dissatisfied with the amount of thyroid hormone they are prescribed. I think it is time for the therapeutic test range to be reevaluated.
