Help finding the names of two movies

One is a movie about a couple in London, where the husband sees his wife is killed by a car. And he wakes up and he gets to redo the day. The second is about a guy who rents an apt. in SF and the woman is either dead or in a coma. Her spirit visits him and he eventually brings her back.

Any help here?
