What is Fox Network thinking with their delay of streaming?

First they had an 8-day hold on watching their shows on Hulu. OK, that sucked, but whatever. Now I find out that So You Think You Can Dance is only available 30 days after the episode airs. Are they on crack? Have they completely lost track of the fact this is the 21st century and there are A LOT of people out there who are moving away from cable? I like this show, but I certainly don't like it enough to get cable or to pay for the fox.com pay service.
