but I can tell you that exercise is crucial to maintaining mobility. It's hard, because moving hurts with osteoarthritis, but if you stop moving it becomes much worse.

The other thing I'd suggest is talk to studios that offer different exercise programs and to the teachers of the different kinds, and ask if they have much experience with clients like you, those with osteoarthritis.
