A Virginia teenager is being charged with assault and banned from school after being beaten so badly by four students he was hospitalized for nine days in an anti-gay attack.

The four teens who beat him should be charged. NOT him.

So, OK, he threw the first physical punch. This was after he'd been bullied. I stand with him and his mom against this outrageous charge.
