I actually met him one night in a bar in DC. He was hitting on my friend who had no idea who he was and so my friend was puzzled by his arrogance and his assumption that he would be flattered by his attention. Andrew asked him a couple of times "Do you know who I am?" Blank stare from my friend. Finally I rescued my friend and said "I will help you figure him out when we get home but for now just know that he is a Republican". My friend said "But he is a Brit".
