Saturday is Garden State Equality's 3rd annual Equality Walk.
Last year's proceeds raised the money we needed to pass marriage equality in both houses of the legislature earlier this year. We cannot override Governor Christie’s veto – as close as we are – without a successful Equality Walk this year.
Each year, the Equality Walk is the primary source of Garden State Equality’s net revenue. Now more than ever, we need the resources to counter our NOM’s expected invasion of New Jersey when the override comes up for a vote.

We are very close to winning over legislators who are on the fence about overriding Christie's veto. To be honest, it's a veto that I think he's going to regret if he eventually runs for higher office. But tomorrow, you have a chance to be a part of history by donating to an Equality Walk Team.
