Our JCP closed several years ago but I will go online to find something there. They deserve some business for that response.

...in the reviews for the product, there was a person who had complained about their association with Ellen. The complaining customer said they'd not shop there anymore due to that. I left a review of the item stating that I would be shopping there more often due to their association with Ellen. Just you know - to let them know.
