The IDF just bombed a media center used by international media

http://www.fpa.org.il/?categoryId=73840

The Foreign Press Association is concerned at the attacks by the Israeli IDF on buildings housing journalists in Gaza last night.

The IDF stated this morning that “The sites that we targeted overnight were all positively identified by precise intelligence over the course of months.”

One building houses or has been used by the following FPA members: British news organisations Sky News, and Sky News Arabia, MBC TV ,Al Arabiya, ORF and other European broadcasters.

The other one the Shawa Husseiri building house: ARD TV. Eight journalists working for various organizations were injured.

18.00HRS GMT. The BBC reports Gaza deaths now 67

"At least 21 people are reported to have been killed in Gaza by Israeli bombardments so far on Sunday. Of the total, at least nine were children and at least four were women, Gaza health officials said."

Neither Europe nor the USA appear to be concerned that on the edge of Europe there is a western democracy killing innocents with impunity.

One of the people on board was an American citizen, his name was Furkan Doğan and he was 18 years old.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/jun/04/gaza-flotilla-attack-autopsy-results

Dogan was murdered with a shot in the back of the head execution style while lying face down on deck, after already being shot.

If an arab nation boarded a vessel in international waters and executed an American citizen, i am sure the US government would be fine with that too.

Nov 2012

He is a white Norwegian guy, atheist. He was basically on the ship because he puts his money where is mouth is, he is a hardcore humanitarian.

In the jail, the israelis could not understand why he was there and spent about two days accusing him of having secretly converted to Islam, that was the only fathomable reason for him wanting to deliver school books and pencils to Gaza.

One of the guards got to know him a bit and told him he thought Norway was a nice country and that he would like to move there. But he said he probably couldn't. When my friend asked why, he said because he would probably be killed as a Jew in Norway.

That made me realise to what level some people are brainwashed on both sides.

I'm sure some of our fellow DU'ers will point out that it's totally biased and awful but basically this is a photo/video stream coming out of Gaza so obviously that's what is on there.

If anyone has a similar page for Israeli victims feel free to post it here, im not even kidding.
